1. Villa Rates Includes:
- Daily breakfast in the Villa
- Airport transfer (pick up and drop off) service.
- Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
- Fresh fruit & flowers on arrival
- Complimentary use of Wi-Fi internet connection.

2. Rates are valid from 1st January 2010 to 1st January 2011. Rates are in US Dollar, subject to 10% Government Tax and 5% Service Charge. Rates are valid for two (2) adults per room.

3. Minimum stays requirements:
Low Season = 2 nights
High Season = 5 nights
Peak Season = 7 nights

4. Check-in time 14.00, check-out time 12.00, Bali time.

5. SEASONS:
Low Season, January 9th to June 30th, Oct 1st to Dec 19th (Excluding Easter)
High Season, July 1st to 31st, Sept 1st to 30th, Easter Week, Chinese New Year
Peak Season, Aug 1st to Aug 31st , Dec 20th to January 8th (Christmas & New Year)

6. Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation received within 21 days or more (for low season) and 30 days or more (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge.
- Any cancellation received less that 21 days (for low season) and 30 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire booking reserved.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no show and early check out are subject to 100% of the entire booking/number of nights reserved.

7. Child policy and extra person:
- Due to safety considerations in the villas, reservations for children under 12 years of age are not recommended and no responsibility will be taken by the management.
- Baby cot is subject to an additional charge at USD 5 / night.
- Extra bed is subject to an additional charge at USD 25 per person, which includes daily breakfast

8. Airport transfers
Rate includes one time pick up and one time drop off from and to the airport. Any additional vehicles required due to flights difference, size of luggage or other will be charged at prevailing rates. The Bali Asri’s driver will wait outside the arrivals gate and will hold a sign board with your name on it.
